Atletico Madrid roar back to beat Barcelona, reach final of Super Cup

The final of the Spanish Super Cup will feature a Madrid derby instead of a Clasico.

Atletico Madrid came roaring back in the second half of Thursday’s semifinal against Barcelona, getting late goals from Alvaro Morata and Angel Correa in an exciting 3-2 win in Saudi Arabia.

Atleti’s rousing fightback sets up a date with city rivals Real Madrid in Sunday’s final after the latter beat Valencia on Wednesday.

More to come.
