Burnley end Liverpool's 68-match home unbeaten run in Premier League

Burnley dealt Liverpool their first home defeat in the Premier League since April 2017, ending the champions’ unbeaten run at 68 matches with a 1-0 victory on Thursday.

Ashley Barnes converted the decisive penalty in the 83rd minute after drawing contact from goalkeeper Alisson.

Liverpool are now six points behind first-placed Manchester United.
