Chelsea outduel Real Madrid, set up all-English Champions League final

Chelsea are back in the Champions League final.

Despite squandering several gilt-edged chances in the second leg of their semifinal tilt, the Blues still dispatched Real Madrid in a 2-0 win at Stamford Bridge.

Timo Werner and Mason Mount found the net on Wednesday, giving the Premier League club a 3-1 victory on aggregate.

Chelsea, who last appeared in the Champions League final in 2012, will now meet Manchester City in an all-English clash on May 29.

More to come.
