PSG fall apart as Manchester City seize control of UCL semifinal

Paris Saint-Germain looked unstoppable in the first half of Wednesday’s Champions League semifinal first leg against Manchester City.

If only the game ended there.

After taking the lead in an utterly decisive opening 45 minutes, PSG fell apart, allowing City to flip the contest 2-1 with goals from Kevin De Bruyne and Riyad Mahrez. Idrissa Gueye’s red card in the 77th minute sealed an extraordinary second half that could well decide the fate of the tie.

More to come.
