Report: Pogba out of Liverpool match, De Gea's status uncertain

Paul Pogba is sidelined for Sunday’s showdown with Liverpool due to a persistent ankle problem, according to BBC Sport’s Simon Stone.

The status of the injury suffered by David De Gea on Spain duty is unclear until he undergoes scans on Thursday, Stone reports. However, The Telegraph’s James Ducker claims De Gea’s injury – which is apparently a groin issue – will rule him out of the weekend wrangle with Jurgen Klopp’s Premier League leaders.
