Rodgers agrees to new Leicester contract amid Arsenal links

Brendan Rodgers, who’s steered Leicester City to second in the Premier League, has signed a new contract with the club until June 2025.

His previous deal ran until 2022.

Rodgers reportedly drew interest from Arsenal as a potential replacement for Unai Emery.

The 56-year-old has won 17 of 26 Premier League matches since taking over in February.

More to come.
