Spurs storm back to clinch UCL knockout berth, City stumble into last 16

Facing a 2-0 deficit to Olympiacos after just 19 minutes of play, Tottenham scored four unanswered goals to register a famous 4-2 win on Jose Mourinho’s home debut and book a spot in the Champions League knockout round.

Manchester City advanced to the last 16 in less dramatic fashion. Pep Guardiola’s side settled for a 1-1 draw against Shakhtar Donetsk, which was enough to secure top spot in Group C.

More to come.
